Executive

David Arsenault - President

In 2007, David purchased the Thornhill Thunderbirds franchise and operated as the Villanova Knights for 4 years.  In April 2011 the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) Board of Directors approved the Knights' request for relocation to Orangeville.  The team was based in Orangeville until moving to Brampton and becoming the Brampton Admirals in 2018, where they joined their Junior B affiliate at Memorial Arena, and then becoming the Caledon Admirals in 2021, where the Junior A, B and C teams now all play at Mayfield Arena.

In the fall of 2009, Mr. Arsenault took over the defunct Owen Sound Greys Junior B hockey team and joined the Greater Ontario Junior B Hockey League (GOJHL) in September of 2010 and based the team in Brampton as the Brampton Bombers. The purpose was to create a vertical affiliation to move players from Junior B to Junior A.

The entire affiliation was completed in May 2010, when Mr. Arsenault purchased the Fergus Devils Junior C team, playing out of the Georgian Bay Mid Ontario Hockey League (GMOHL) until 2016, when circumstances made it necessary to cease operations.

In May 2019, Mr. Arsenault acquired the Caledon Golden Hawks Junior C team of the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL), which continued to play at the Caledon East Area until all three junior teams moved to Caledon’s Mayfield Arena in 2021.

Together, the vertical affiliation is complete, allowing for complete movement through the system from Junior C to Junior A. There is no system set up like this in Ontario, which allows our organization to monitor the movement of our players through all 3 junior levels.

Since then, AHG has acquired the Crusaders Sr. Men's AAA team of the Allan Cup Hockey (ACH) league.

David is now also President of the Humberview Huskies A and AA Association of the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL).

Robin Inscoe - General Manager

Robin Inscoe is no stranger to AHG, having been involved at the ground level during the organization's inception.  After a brief hiatus from the game, he returned to AHG as Director of Player Personnel, responsible for overseeing the recruiting and development of players within all branches of the organization.  In recent years, he has also accepted the role of General Manager for all three Junior teams.

Inscoe is familiar with all three junior divisions and, prior to AHG, has been a General Manager at each, including stints with the Acton Sabres and Woodstock Navy Vets Jr. C, Orangeville Crushers Jr. B and Georgetown Raiders Jr. A, where the team enjoyed a successful run, culminating in Georgetown's trip to the Royal Bank Cup in Weyburn, SK in 2005.  He has also worked in an executive capacity with the Brampton Capitals, Villanova Knights, Orangeville Flyers, Owen Sound Greys and Fergus Devils, the latter four as part of the AHG organization.

Each season, Robin looks forward to working with the young players within the organization to help them realize their dreams and goals.

Shannon will now oversee business operations for all three teams and all non-hockey staff.
