Admission Policy

Each spectator ("Spectator") is admitted to the Event on condition that he/she by use of this ticket agrees to the following:

DESPITE SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, SERIOUS INJURIES CAN RESULT FROM OBJECTS (INCLUDING PUCKS, STICKS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT) PROJECTED, THROWN OR HIT INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT FOR WHICH ADMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED (THE "EVENT"). STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER PLAY STOPS.

Mayfield Recreation Complex (the "Arena") is a strictly enforced smoke-free environment. Admission is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and Arena rules (the "Rules”). Prohibited items include but are not limited to glass bottles or jars, air horns, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons or other items that may impede the experience or endanger others. Prohibited items are not allowed in the Arena and any Spectator found with such items will be refused admission.

Spectator agrees to conduct himself/herself with a respectful decorum at all times toward players, staff, volunteers, referees and others in attendance.

The Spectator acknowledges and assumes all risks related in any way to the event (including, without limitation, risks of personal injury, property loss and/or damage), arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever (including, without limitation, any acts or omissions by players, coaches, hockey operations personnel, arena or event personnel, spectators, and other inherent risks incidental to the Event including without limitation from negligence) and whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event.

Spectator agrees that The Mayfield Recreation Complex, The Arsenault Hockey Group (“AHG”), AHG teams, staff and volunteers and current and former players, and each of their affiliates, sponsors, parents, related entities, owners, governors, officers, directors, partners, partnerships, principals, employees and agents are expressly released and forever discharged by Spectator from any and all claims arising from or relating to such risks or otherwise occurring at or in connection with the Event. Spectator agrees to abide by league policies and will not make any commercial or other unauthorized use of any league or team name, mark or logo.

Spectator consents to use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of event. Any unauthorized transmission, picture or other depiction or description of any game action, game information or other arena activity is prohibited without prior written approval of AHG.

Admission of a Spectator, paid or not, is revocable and may be withdrawn or refused at any time if any term is breached.

Should a game be cancelled or not completed for any reason, a paid Spectator may see an AHG staff member on the way out and obtain a voucher valid for one free admission to any future AHG Junior Hockey home game.  No refunds will be made nor will vouchers be available after the day of the cancelled or incomplete game.
