The Caledon Golden Hawks were founded in 2010 as members of the Georgian Mid-Ontario Junior C Hockey League. June 2019 David Arsenault purchased The Caledon Golden Hawks and added them to his stable of hockey teams as part of his Arsenault Hockey Group (AHG).

The other teams include the Brampton Admirals (OJHL), the Brampton Bombers (GOJHL) and the PS101 Prospects Teams which will become the new AHG Academy.
